Anti-Fraud Policy

AdvanceCare considers itself as a company with a policy of no tolerance for fraud and investigate any fraud or suspected fraud, regardless of the type of function, services, position, title, or personal relationships with the author or suspect of fraud practice.

 

By fraud we mean, the practice of intentional acts or omissions, even under an attempted form, with the aim to obtain improper advantage for themselves or third, as part of the celebration or execution of a contract, namely those aimed at a coverage or overpayments. 

 

 Responsabilities


It’s responsibility of any AdvanceCare’s employee to report suspected fraudulent activity, assuming that AdvanceCare waive any punitive sanctions, threats or any other type of sanction measures on the person who reports a possible fraud situation.

Development of skills in the AdvanceCare’s structure,  specifically targeted to fight against fraud, of which we highlight :

a)
Centralize and process all data and define criteria and methodologies for risk analysis in information processing; 

b)
Promote, prepare and control the actions and mechanisms of alert in order to fight against fraud; 

c)
Treat as confidential all the data and information;

d)
Promote and disseminate throughout all the Company the culture to fight against fraud;

e)
Cooperate with our Clients and Stakeholders, to ensure the implementation and improvement of all anti-fraud actions.
