This network is made up of a set of Services, to wit:
Psychology, Nutrition, Osteopathy, Homeopathy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Aesthetics, Genetics, Thermalism, Thalassotherapy, Spas, Health Clubs, Childbirth Preparation Courses, Podology, Speech therapy, Cryopreservation of Stem Cells, Parapharmacies, Oral Hygiene, Opticians and Pet Wellness Services.

This product model is based on the possibility of the Client having access facilitated to a range of services which go bey9nd that which is usually protocoled in policy covers, maintaining a strong relationship with health and well-being.

Access to Provider Network

Users of the well-being network of AdvanceCare have direct, facilitated access to the Provider Network and may carry out appointments directly with the chosen provider for any of the services presented herein.

It should be stressed that the agreement established with Private Clinics may not implicate the agreement with all the providers and/or services thereof, meaning that it is suggested that whenever it is wished to use the services of the Providers referred to in this Directory, a prior contact is carried out with the Provider to validate the existence of a benefit contracted for the desired service.

Personalised Card: How to use it?

The Client form of identification on the Provider Network is achieved by the Personal Card which contains in its composition, elements such as name, identification number, and the initials RSC, RBE or the designation Rede de Bem-Estar, depending on the insurer or subsystem, in order to facilitate the recognition by the Provider Network.
The Card shall accompany the Client whenever the latter needs to use the services provided by AdvanceCare.

Payments:

Whenever you opt for a Well-Being Network Provider, the amount due must correspond to the value of the Contracted Benefit.

Contracted Benefits:

With the majority of services, the contracted benefit is a percentage discount applied to the specific value. There is a scheme in which fixed contracted values may exist, as is the case of consultations which shall generally cost 30€ per unit.
