In the beginning of 2009, AdvanceCare became the first health management company to certify all its processes within the international quality norm ISO 9001:2000. In November 2009, during the monitoring and transition audit, AdvanceCare adopted the new ISO 9001:2008.

In the beginning of 2009, AdvanceCare became the first health management company to certify all its processes within the international quality norm ISO 9001:2000. This strategic objective has been achieved thanks to the commitment and corporate efforts of the whole company as to this project. However, now a more ambitious objective lies ahead: to strive for the continuous improvement of our daily life. This is something we would like to convey to all our Shareholders, Institutional Clients, Partners and Final Clients as we are committed in meeting and overcoming their expectations.

In November 2009, during the monitoring and transition audit, AdvanceCare adapted the new ISO 9001:2008. 

It is now important to keep these levels of demand and to meet and overcome the expectations of our stakeholders.
